His experience has shown that systematic development processes interlinked with detailed plans of action (that may be followed up internally) produce much more positive and significant results than one-off training events.
He also believes that it is the implementation of training that improves results, not just the delivery. Therefore, any organisation that is able to make the development and implementation of training participant actions plans part of its performance management system is much more likely to enjoy a positive return on its investment.
